FTC Bread Pudding:  A classic comfort food with a twist, flavor rich Frangelico-infused custard bread pudding with caramel sauce

Lime Cheesecake Bar:  A key lime cheesecake bar with a chocolate crumb crust, topped with whipped cream

FTC  Nutter Butter:  You can get this divine peanut butter sandwich cookie in New York (for far more money), but no where else locally  

Pumpkin Bar:  A bit of a change from pumpkin pie with a ginger crust and whipped cream

Black Bottom Cupcake:   Made from scratch rich chocolate cupcake with sweetened cream cheese and chocolate chips in the center

FTC Two Bites:  Bite-sized pieces of whatever is available so you can sample a couple of things

A trip to the salad bar is $7.99 a pound, including bread
and choice of dressing

The salad bar will vary, but will always include fresh greens, cottage cheese, fresh or canned fruit, cheeses and meats, and a mix of potato, vegetable, pasta and other salads. There will be a variety of condiments such as homemade croutons, craisins,
onions, peppers, peas, asparagus, artichoke hearts and olives.
